2026 HOF BANQUET CELEBRATION
We’re excited to announce that the 2026 Texas Rugby Union Hall of Fame Class will be inducted on Saturday, August 29 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North. This year’s banquet holds extra significance as it serves as the ultimate culmination of our 55th-anniversary celebration, honoring a proud legacy of rugby since 1971.
The evening will begin with a welcoming cocktail hour at 6:00 PM, followed by the Hall of Fame Banquet. During this special event, we will honor our newest Hall of Fame inductees, present our annual union awards, and celebrate fifty-five years of Texas rugby history.

Travel & Accommodations
Airport
We recommend flying into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), which is located just minutes away from our chosen hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle to and from DFW.
Alternate Airport
You may also fly into Dallas Love Field (DAL). Please note that Love Field is farther from the venue and does not offer a direct hotel shuttle service. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, as well as rental cars, are readily available from both airports.
Public Transportation
For those arriving early or looking to explore, the Grapevine Visitors Shuttle offers convenient routes around the historic downtown Grapevine area, local restaurants, and shopping centers. Rideshares are the most efficient way to travel between the hotel and the surrounding DFW metroplex.

Tickets
You have the option to purchase individual tickets or tables for the event. If you prefer a table, simply adjust the quantity to 10 seats. For two tables, adjust the quantity to 20, and so forth. As you make your selection, a 10% discount will be automatically applied, and you can review the discounted price in your cart.
Kindly be aware that ticket sales will close on August 14 and no tickets will be available for purchase at the door.

Refund Policy
Full refunds for banquet tickets are available if requested at least 2 weeks before the event. After that, a 50% refund will be issued, as supplies have already been placed in preparation for the event.
